Looks amazing, and from what I’ve heard everything wrong with the first has been fixed. Its going to be epic. Luckily for me STO beta ends the same day this game launches, should be able to play through before the Star Trek Online head-start starts on the 29th.
I have never experienced such a high in a game, Dragon Age: Origins is one of the most finely crafted RPGs I have ever played. Bioware has amazed me once again with their finest works.
Game of the year? possibly. Best RPG I’ve played this generation? Definitely. Its amazing how a company like Bioware can put out two quality games like Mass Effect and Dragon Age simultaneously. Dragon Age: Origins combines a dark fantasy universe (gore and all), a fantastic Bioware dialog system, and a top-notch feature rich CRPG harping back to Bioware’s early days Baulders Gate. With at least 40 hours of gameplay in a single playthrough, and many more playthroughs through the many Dialog options and Origins stories, Dragon Age Origins is a steal.
Glee
I happened to catch an episode of Glee this past week, and I’m hooked. I’ll likely be catching up on the rest of the season this week, Glee like most show tunes is addictive.
James May Toy Stories
A BBC produced television show hosted by James May of Top Gear, each week focuses on some type of traditional toy from James’s childhood. Last week was airfix (plastic model kits), and this week Plasticine. Like Top Gear each episode has a project or challenge of gigantic proportions, while the production may not be Top Gear levels, the show is very fun and top notch.
Stargate Universe
Its already past the seventh episode, and I’m not really sure where the series is going. Its decent and its Stargate so I’ll watch til the end but honestly it hasn’t grabbed my attention like Glee or its predecessor Atlantis did.
